Orders can be placed by email to w.p.c.s@hotmail.co.uk by telephone or by completing our order form and send to the address provided. A 50% deposit of the total is required when placing the order with the remaining balance payable upon return of your proofs. Overseas orders - please contact us before placing any orders.
Once we have received your order and deposit, we will provide proofs for you to check and return to us with any necessary amendments, this service is free of charge.
Information Required with your Order:
We will need to know names, venues, times, date for RSVP, reply address etc for your invitation inserts along with your preference of wording wording which can be viewed here. If you have no particular preference we will choose a font to coordinate with your invitation. Remember, if you are unhappy with any of the layout or design, you may make changes on your draft before we go ahead with the order. Even if you do not have your wording and final details sorted, it is advisable to place orders as early as possible as our order book tends to fill quite quickly.
For Order of Service and Menus we will need the exact wording required. You may not have the wording for these at the time of placing an order. Simply send them to us as soon as you have them available.
Urgent Orders:
We will try, within reason, to accommodate any urgent orders (ie those required in less than 4 weeks from receipt of approved proofs). Please contact us to check availability.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver your order within 4-6 weeks from receipt of your approved drafts. Delivery (courier or special delivery) is charged at £7.99 per order (UK Mainland) outside mainland UK and overseas orders - please contact us for delivery charges. Items such as order of service and menu are not usually completed until details are finalized nearer the wedding date and are usually sent separately from the remaining order. In this instance an additional postage charge may become payable. We will only charge you the cost to us and you will be advised of any additional fee when your order is confirmed (please contact us prior to ordering if you have any queries regarding this).
