W.P.C.S., staff and company, respects the privacy of every individual who makes a visit to our website or sends an email. This statement outlines the information we will may collect and how we use it. It will also inform you on what to do if you do not want your personal information collected or shared when you visit our site or contact us by email.

W.P.C.S. will not collect and information that indentifies you (eg your name, address, contact numbers, or email address) unless you volunteer such information. The following examples are of when W.P.C.S. may require you to send us indentifiable personal information:
1. To complete any order that you wish to purchase online. We provide you an option for you to make an order by phone, letter or email.
2. When you enquire about any new product that we have in our fantastic lines.

If a person under the age of 18 has supplied indentifiable information without the parents/legal guardians permission, then the onus is on the parent/legal guardian of such person to contact us by email at w.p.c.s@hotmail.co.uk stating if they wish to have the information deleted from our database. We will take all reasonable steps to remove such information from our database.

If we have obtained any information such as your browser identification, ISP address and domain names from which you linked to our site from, the same privacy statement as of IDENTIFIABLE information is enforced and upheld.

If you have given permission to hold your information, we may send you offers and promotions by way of email.
