Returns Policy - Wedding Stationery
You may cancel your order if you are not happy with the proofs sent out to you prior to confirming your order. After we receive the proofs the order will be processed and your stationery will be produced. You WILL NOT be eligible to a refund after this stage.
As our products at WPCS are handmade, we require a lead time of at least 9 weeks between placing an order and your preferred date of delivery. The details for your invitations e.g. names, venues and other details, will be required 30 days before you preferred date of delivery.
Your invitations and other wedding stationery (menus etc) will be dispatched at different times, as you will obviously want to receive your invitations before the rest of your stationery as that is normally required nearer to the time of your special day. These will be charged at a £7.00 p&p (Most companies charge you £10) per consignment. All personal information for the wedding stationery is required 30 days prior to your special day.
Any additional item ordered after your initial order will be invoiced as a new order. Delivery charges will also be charged IF the additional orders are delivered in seperate consignments from the original order.
Any amendment to your order which have additional costs (such as a design change causing additional materials or the remaking of any stationery) are chargeable and WILL be calculated and added to your final invoice.
We try to accomodate any request of amendments to the design of your stationery, but please be advised that handmade stationery can take several weeks to make and therefore we, at WPCS, reserve the right to reject any request made if there is insufficient time to change the order.
Stationery from WPCS is individually handmade and therefore there may be slight colour variation in colour of any picture on our website, and there may be slight variations between each item.
General Returns Policy - other than wedding stationery
Damaged in transit: Whilst every effort is made to get your goods to you in pristine condition, there is always a small chance that something could end up damaged! Should you receive any damaged goods, details must be noted on the delivery document that may come with your order. It IS YOUR responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.
Personalised Items: All personalised orders are NON-REFUNDABLE after the orders have been processed.
Incorrect goods: It is YOUR responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you MUST not use them or you will be charged for them.
Cancellation of orders: Should you, for any reason, need to cancel your order, please contact us at w.p.c.s@hotmail.co.uk or www.weddingspartiesandcards.co.uk or 07518 363104 stating your name and order reference starting WPCS. PLEASE NOTE: If your order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellations for non-personalised orders can be accepted. Any personalised orders will still be dispatched and you may be charged for these items. |
